Tryouts / Evaluations
On March 16, 2024 at the Royals Athletic Center at Hopkins High School, HBA will hold evaluations/tryouts to assess the skills of 13-14 year old players so they can be placed on teams that are aligned with their current skill level. We work with local baseball organizations to conduct an unbiased assessment of each player's current skills in various aspects of baseball. For more details, please visit the tryout page on our site.
Preseason Clinics & Camps
HBA organizes a series of preseason workouts for players to get back into playing shape and prepare themselves for the upcoming season's tryouts. We partner with Hopkins American Legion coaches and players to put on our clinics. Check out our Camps/Clinics page for more information.

In addition to the training programs offered by HBA, many other local organizations offer winter training, camps and clinics to help get players prepared for evaluations, the upcoming season and even the transition to High School baseball.
