As a general rule, HBA follows baseball rules set forth by the MSHSBL.  There might also be general rules that MBL and MYAS Gopher State require us to follow to play in their sanctioned games/tournaments. 

HBA might also have other rules we have chosen to follow as a league in how it pertains to playing time, safety or field use.  Various rule notifications will be posted here or on our Board page within our league by-laws.
