Hello - one of my coaches logged and issue titled "Practice Scheduling" I can find that issue to add to it so I am entering a new one.  Barry entered:

I am not able to schedule practices using my ID. All other coaches are able to do so.
I am the head coach of 2 teams:
Majors Subway Cubs
14/15 A
HELP!

And received this response:

I believe your club is letting you reserve practice fields using our scheduling feature. That allows you to do that when you log in to edit your team page. Therefore, if you can log in to edit your team page, look for the practice fields link visible on the first page you see after you log in.

What Barry should have told you was that when he logs in and goes to the Edit your Team Page to reserve a practice time.  He can see the times available and when he chooses one he is brought to the next page.  On that page he sees the time he selected and the contact information is filled in BUT IT IS NOT BARRY'S CONTACT INFORMATION.  It is showing Jon Kachelmacher who is not the coach for the 14/15 tournament team this year.  HOW DO WE CORRECT THE CONTACT INFOMATION?  Barry can reserve the practice time but Jon is getting the confirmation.  Here is what Barry sees:

This is Mike.  I logged in as Barry for his 14/15 year old team and went to reserve a practice field.  All I saw is Barry's information.  As I have asked him, please guide me click by click to the error you see.  I cannot find anything wrong with his 14/15 year old team.
