   Tried to re register as instructed and still unable to check out. Do I need to get a new pin and start all over?

Go try it again.  I reset your account.  Your player was registered and that's why it wouldn't let you do it again.  I have now changed your record so your player is no longer registered.  This should allow you to go through the process a second time.
