Expired practice times |

Hi -
Is there a way for the unreserved practice times from dates that have passed to not show on the page where coaches go to reserve practice times? When they go to the site today there are a bunch of practice slots from May 20th, for example, that are still showing up in the top of the list. Of course, no one is going to reserve those now. Or is the only way to get rid of them to delete them? Is there a way to delete more than one at a time? It seems that it would be quite time consuming to delete them one at a time as the page does not refresh unless you leave the page and come back. Any tips you could share would be great. |

We'll look at this for a future enhancement.

Thanks - that would be a great improvement and help our coaches get to the information they need more easily.
Would you recommend I manually delete the ones that were not reserved and the date has passed? Will that cause any problem in the system?
thanks,
Debbie |

Yes, you can manually delete and nothing bad will happen. Another enhancement thought is to add one button that would delete all old unreserved time slots.
