| How do I cancel a practice time that has been reserved by a coach | |

| Hello - I have a coach that reserved a practice time at 5:30 on 5/24 on the IKE field. He really wanted to reserve the 7pm time but selected 5:30 by mistake. Can the coach cancel the reservation himself? If an administrator has to do it, what is the best way? Do I lok at all Reserved times, find the one I need and Delete it? Will that open the slot back up to other teams? I didn't do that as I wasn't sure if that would delete the entire slot from our system. Thanks in advance for your help, Debbie | |

I believe you can log in, go to site maintenance, go to scheduling, and then edit the practice time to remove the team and coach, etc. Thanks, |
