| Attached is my final sheet that I would like to upload. I believe it is formatted the way the mater is that I downloaded (the header row is bolded and I confirmed all the columns). Could I trouble you to review it and let me know if it looks like it will work to upload it? I do have gaps in the game numbers because I created the spreadsheet by exporting from our scheduling software and there are some games that are played with other communitites in the area. These games do not count in the standings for our teams, they are played against teams not entered on our site and some are played at fields not tracked on our site, so I assumed I would not be able to upload these games and have deleted them from the file. I have removed game 1 and 2 as well as you already helped me load those games. thanks so much for your help. Debbie | |

This looks correct. Please note that you can enter teams not in your association. The site has the ability to have display only teams and then standings can be calculated as scores are entered. Just thought I'd present an option. Thanks, |

| Thanks so much for your help. I got my schedule loaded. Thanks for mentioning that I can have display only teams on our site. i would like to know more about that. We have games that are played with other communities. Those teams are not currently on our site at all. The games will not count in our standings. I have all the games in the upload file in the proper format. Is there anything I need to do to the website before I can load those games? Do the teams need to be added somewhere as display only teams? thanks again for your assistance. Debbie | |

Thanks. If those games do not count in standings, then you shouldn't load them. If you load them, they will be counted in the automated standings. Thanks, |
