| How do I link an uploaded form to an announcement page? | |

I have uploaded two forms that I want to link to an announcement page. When I'm on the announcement page, I click on "Insert Hyperlink". This brings up a window where I can type in the URL. I'm typing in www.hopkinsbaseball.com/assorted/Parent letter 02-07.doc in the window. When I try to create the link, it is saying it cannot create link "select something first". What step am I missing? Thanks! |

You have to highlight text to tell the system what you want the person to click on in order to bring up your document. Type the words click here or something to that effect and then highlight them and insert your hyperlink. Thanks, |
